What Israel normally does, is to stand outside Iran and then launch missiles from those jets to targets within Iran.
Its just that Israel does not have the ability like Iran to fire missiles from over 1000km. So they bring the missiles close to the target with planes or ship b4 fire.
If you fly your plane over Iran, they will shoot it down. Iran has air defense and have already shot down some Israeli jets since yesterday
