Finally, I would advise that strenuous efforts are made to ensure that ONLY the extremely poor and marginalised in society are beneficiaries here.
Orphans, widows, beggars, the disabled, the homeless etc are the only ones who should profit from this generosity.

I hope it actually gets to those who needs it and not end up in the hands of politicians.
