My friend or brother or fellow, we have to be careful, don't trust foreigners, please let learn to be self sufficient, in this age of information, we are playing with fire please lets teach ourselves and lets do things by our hands. I dont know what else to tell you. grin

We should learn to be exposed and know how evil the world is. This people can simulate your country introduce what they want to see and then they will come like angels. They know what they want, while we do not know what's up. smiley

They all have the mindset set of invading, imposing their will and changing things to what they want. The questions is are we puppets, are we toys presently.

Dont ever be fooled by what they make you think they are. If we keep acting in ignorance, we will be treated like ignorant, valueless people. Thats the fact, this people have not changed, they are just as they were before, they only learned to make us believe what they want us to see.

Too late, Nigeria is polio free today thanks to Bill Gates and people like him.

Your real enemies are not people like Bill Gates. The fact that you can't identify who and what your real enemies are is why some of you lash out at everyone.
Your real enemies are never conspicuous and they use people who look like you to harm you.
And they succeed almost every time because you are easily distracted.

Can someone talk some sense into old Bill Gate's head? Africa don't need his money and will never need his money! He should stop searching for what's not there in the first place!

Gates truly like the African Continent. He has been consistent with rolling back malaria over the years! This is the mindset of a man that knows we brought nothing to this world; and we can only leave with Jesus.

Story-story
Story......

When Nigerian politicians heard this, they were happy. They sent a representative to Dangote. Their simple message

" call your friend, we want to give him national award"

$200b is a lot of money, but with Nigerian politicians, it would be gone in 60 secs.

There are unfounded claims about the guy, which has been debunked. You have absolutely no fact or evidence to support the claims, yet you believe them wholeheartedly despite the guy'sphilanthropy? Whoa! You're a wonderful fellow. I have nothing else to say to you

I never said the white men are angels. They have good and bad ones, just like good and bad black folks exist.
You said we should be self sufficient. As you can see we have refused to be self sufficient. We keep on borrowing and looting money. I'm a doctor and I can tell you for free our Healthcare is useless, reason why we lose our medics. Someone is willing to help and all you can say is he's this and that without a shred of evidence.
I think Nigerians deserve the kind of leaders we get. We need to be left alone to die since we don't have sense

How do you know his “health assistance” is not to reduce your population?

Do you know that he’s a eugenicist?

Lemme guess…You haven’t the slightest clue what that word means….

Check the number of kids saved by Gates. I'm sure you've never had a chronic malaria, that's why.

How do you know he’s not poisoning you with his dodgy “health care assistance”?

Where in your history has the white man ever given to blacks for free, as opposed to exploiting them?

What qualifies him to be a health care expert?

Do you know that millions of people in his own country distrust his motives?

Have you ever investigated what they say about him?

Typical trusty, naïve African.

Oya o, Adenuga, Dangote, Elumelu etc.
Over to you. Or do you want to be outdone by a foreigner in your own continent?

Also, if I were Gates, I would set up a board of trustees that would be in charge of rigorously scrutinising how the monies are spent. He should put legal experts in international finance and financial forensic experts to track spending both in terms of paper trails and electronic footprints.

If he ever makes the mistake of handing this money over to African politicians, it will grow wings and disappear.

Finally, I would advise that strenuous efforts are made to ensure that ONLY the extremely poor and marginalised in society are beneficiaries here.
Orphans, widows, beggars, the disabled, the homeless etc are the only ones who should profit from this generosity.
Greed will not allow you lots to see the ploys behind their trojan horse gifts. Bill gates is no 'lover' of Africa. He should go with his plagued money.

Please don’t include Nigeria ooo.

The current APC government has created more criminals just like we have in current government including Tinubu, Akpabio, Ganduje and Gbajabiamila.

Don’t do anything you will regret from the grace.

Really? If we didn't learn from COVID 19 ... that after all it was a population reduction agenda with Bill Gates the chief architect ...then we will cheer him on in this announcement. ...Population Reduction reloaded. Africa escaped Phase 1 .....now he's back. Extermination or experimentation?
Note. Bill Gates is not a medical professional ...the reason he can be seen sticking syringes in babies and kids in poor countries but never in his hom n country the US nor developed countries.

Bill Gates is not foooollish. He knows if he gives his money to these pen robbers in power, they'll squander it overnight. He will invest the money in critical projects across the continent. He has already pledged to build an AI hub in Nigeria. No human being - dead or alive - is as generous as Bill Gates.
His generosity comes with clauses though. (allegedly)

Impressive takes from Bill Gates to boost healthcare with AI and expand education.

However, Africa requires long-term investments NOT just in education but in infrastructural, industrial, business, and tech investments. BUT there MUST be peace in any African country for innovations and development to thrive and reach the level of China's industrial leap from 1980 when China was LARGELY rural to the year 2020 when China reached its economic peak and technology ascendancy.
