If you are a sports person, you will enjoy SLTV.

But if you are into entertainment like movies, musics, podcast shows, Big brother naija, then just forget about SLTV!

He did it in Lagos

He had first class in Accounting

He worked at Mobile
Are all these the reasons why Canal+ bought over Multichoice.?

Weeping genius.

Nigerian government is the cause of this with the various increase in tax on them, the company trasfered it to their customers hoping to meet up. Now they are loosing slot, next will be to exit

Most people won't subscribe when subscriptions prices are so high, coupled with lack of electricity.

Imagine a Month subscription with less than 72hrs of electricity.
Even more annoying is the fact that they consistently repeat their programs. It's so off-putting.
Re: Hardship: Multichoice Nigeria Revenue Falls 44% On Customer Loss by yemre:
I think Multichoice should look inwards to see where their problem lies. You do business in a country like Nigeria! Before you fix or increase prices arbitrarily, you must consider the business climate and the purchasing power of the people you serve.

It's like building houses for rent as a property developer in a village on the outskirts of Abeokuta and fix your prices at #1,5m for a two bedroom apartment per annum. Your houses will be there till they get dilapidated. But build such houses in Lekki or Ajah and watch them subscribed within a short period. The minimum subscription for DStv is 6,000. And these days we don't even have the option of watching local channel without the subscription, which has made it worse.

They should have learned to do appropriate pricing rather than trying to rip both the rich and the poor off at the same rate.

Let them review their prices downwards and call it some form of promo for the next one year and see their fortune turn around for good.

My two cents

Repetitive like dstv but very unstable. If you love football, then it's good for you but the other family channels aren't stable...my experience with it on my visit last month was terrible.

No customer care to call for complaints, all their so-called e-channels don't work...no response from them.

Look well before you leap o. Cheap article dey purge belle too.

Nigerians are happy, but there are a 100,000 of such companies employing Nigerians, renting offices, paying income taxes and corporate taxes that are bleeding profusely nonstop.
Do ur calculations oga , I hate people siding rubbish, the same way NEPA was like not giving us light and yet come for disconnection every month and claim they are not making money,
I now did my calculations,
My street is as long as 200 houses and each compound will have 5, 6 -10 tenants,
Do ur calculations if they bill each compound of 200 house 20,000 naira per month,
Some pay higher but let's say 20k x 200.
This is calculation for a street and u will get about 50-100 streets or more ia a local government area , this is billions monthly and they will still tell u they make nothing.
Nigerians open ur eyes,

Not hardships but multi choice greediness

They continue increasing their rate anyhow, even disobeying National Assembly.
I agreed with you 100%.
It is because there is no alternatives and rivals MTN would have done same but there are many alternatives

Greediness is ruining this company.
