They had offered Samu as the makeweight. Samu came for medical, then they changed their mind and saw "market opportunity" in getting Swiz123 Fegbouy Felix for only 45m. In their mind, they thought Felix is a 100m player and can make more profit from Felix instead. So they fabricated a problem with Samu medical in order to swap him out for Felix.
