The Governor is not serious, how can a friend of Elrufai ever be?

Who is even killing this people na, na spirits?

This governor of Benue got no balls at all. I think he's a castrated soul or probably he has a connection with the Fulanis.....I do miss ex governor Samuel Ortom of Benue. This present governor should be pressurize to do the right thing since we know it's not possible to remove him from office......however, come to think of it......why can't Tinubu inaugurate state of emergency in Benue....?

This is why I always insist Nairaland is full of riff raffs who have never built anything, owned anything valuable and never worked in a professional or public administration environment.

The Chief Press secretary defied an order he should therefore be severely sanctioned for that and for joining protest against the Government he is a part of thereby publicly exposing said Government as incompetent with his action.

It is not done. If he wants to do what he has done, he is free to do so as long as he resigns before that.

Anyone who owns a business will not tolerate insurbordination from an employee. No Governor can accept being shaded as incompetent by an active member of his own government.

Employees themselves, in political, professional and high value jobs, will know they cannot pull this stunt and keep their job because there are specialised codes of conduct for those type of jobs.

He should have done what the SSA to Tinubu did. I.e resign because he intends to work against Tinubus re-election.

Many Nigerians are the problem of Nigeria. Yes Alia has disappointed and must be charged to work urgently to protect the lives and property of the good people of Benue but sane and rational people know not to begin supporting all manners of wrongdoing and senseless rebellion because of anger at Alia.

It is why, wrongly, we still have barbaric lynching and "jungle justice" in Nigeria till today.

If I am Alia I will sack the Press Secretary as I do regularlly my empolyees who do not understand their main duty, which they are paid for, is to support my effort and the success of my business. Not undermine me.

Whatever people think of him, Alia still has to discipline misconduct under him even as many Nigerians cannot understand that.

The same way Benue people will discipline Allia in 2007 for failing woefully to protect them and seeking to suppress mass protest against herdsmen killings on their soil.
