Inshort ordinary ballistic missile can hit a B2 without any hitch. Its an expensive outdated jet..... Even the US F 22 would floor it anytime anyday, Not to talk of the SU 57. Iran has good air defence systems but mostly around their facilities, To deploy a bunker burster bomb is not like a ballistic or supersonic missiles, You would need to get really close to your Target possible directly untop and its very heavy and made with heavy steel, making it very vulnerable to even the cheapest airdefence systems. Its mostly used in areas where they know no defence system is available. Those weapons are not really effective in modern warfare.... I mean the B2, SR 71, Bunker bursters etc etc.
