G7 Leaders’ statement on recent developments between Israel and Iran

We, the leaders of the G7, reiterate our commitment to peace and stability in the Middle East.

In this context, we affirm that Israel has a right to defend itself. We reiterate our support for the security of Israel.

We also affirm the importance of the protection of civilians.

Iran is the principal source of regional instability and terror.

We have been consistently clear that Iran can never have a nuclear weapon.

We urge that the resolution of the Iranian crisis leads to a broader de-escalation of hostilities in the Middle East, including a ceasefire in Gaza.

We will remain vigilant to the implications for international energy markets and stand ready to coordinate, including with like-minded partners, to safeguard market stability.

Iran began to have problems with Israel after the Iranian revolution when Ruhollah Khomeini came into power. Truth was that Iran and Israel were once allies and even exchanged ideas and trained together. Iran was one of the first independent state in the Middle East to recognize the state of Israel. But when hardliner Islamic traditionalist Khomeni successfully executed the Iranian revolution he began enmity with the west and Israel and it’s unfortunate their relationship has gone this worse

Finally finally, the world have opened up on their stance about Iran and its terrorism.

They all feel threatened with Iran having a nuke, but they do not have the balls to call Iran out, or take a step to halting Iran until Israel, the nation with balls of steel took the first step forward, now they all can utter their voices.

The whole world knows that if Iran should posses nukes, their primary targets are the state of Israel and the US.
