Just dey deceive yourself. Before you say operator do interview and they ask what is PPE. Now operator no dey your list. Nobody out of all the crowd hear that wrote the test get invite for interview but only know the role that has don interview and the role to do next. Your uncle na chevron HR Manager. what's operator routine duties and why is it important
What's HUEST and BOSIET in offshore
What's P&ID, and what are the scenarios that can make you use it
What is zero energy state of an equipment and how can you achieve that
What are the precaution to do before breaking a flange containing oil and gas

Ten questions in total, but I cannot remember the last 3 questions

You are correct, I know of two people they invited. They got the invite today

Please what about for operators. Both associate and operators wrote the same test, how are they splitting them to associate and operators. Is it based on scores?

Also, any update or idea when operators will get invite for interview?

Yes disqualification. Probably they find out something. The person status on the career site is now showing process complete. The guy don't really know what happened but am suspecting they find out that he arrange his CV differently to apply for more than one position.

After his interview, did he receive the background check mail?
If yes, could it be that they uncovered something and decided to disqualify him?

It is their ATS programming then. Send an holding mail to all candidates after some months of being on the system. Why not just send rejection mails if they have moved on.

Candidates that didn't make it to the interview didn't get that email, even though their status still reads "in progress". I don't think it's a programmed message.
