This CDS knows what he's saying. The political solution he keeps emphasizing is the declaration and ban on open grazing so that cows can not meet the land and crops of others and rustlers can not ambush and steal cows. ( Which is the primary reasons those nomads bear arms)


Open grazing is the beginning and end of this killings.


All of us knows it's very dangerous to walk on the tick forest without a serious weapons to wade away any uncertainty. But them this cattles are real costly investment too . It worths millions and it's someone investment.

Without being armed it's a total risk on them and their livestock. Any criminal can kill them and take over the cows.


So best bet to protect every party is to enforce ban in open or territorial grazing effectively. So

CDS have broken down what is happening and provided solutions as well, it's left for the President to push through Nations Assembly to Make laws to stop movement of cows just as he push to buy presidential jet
