The reasons why you see the US moving much air assets are simply for two things to strike Iran and to enforce an no flight zone over it, the moment the operation starts, the US will enforce an air embargo on Iranian airspace

Also Russia knows the moment certain weapons starts getting to Iran, then the favour will be returned in Ukraine, now you know the Ukrainians have shown they are willing to attack deep inside Russia

The bold is definitely not true. China don't have capability to project power outside their shores. USA is deploying strike group thousands of kilometres away from mainland USA. China don't have that kind of logistics to do that.
