Oga, Russia, North korea, China or any other country is not in military ally with Iran. These countries are just good friends of Iran that can only assist Iran with providing them weapons and intelligence, but they will never ever attack the US or Israel directly because Iran was attacked. If the US attack Iran today, nothing else will happen.

The permutations as it stands now is for Russia to watch their back seriously against the West and the war in Ukraine.
