So the Police are looking for who posses guns to arrest? Are they serious ? Fulani Herdsmen are walking freely with AK-47 but nobody can talk to them talk more arresting them. in Nigeria, one thing is certain - laws are made for gentle people.

The stun gun is just for self defense but we thank God everything is clear while the police still carries further investigation

Okay, maybe after I have spent say up to 5 years then my metamorphosis from a goat to a proper lion would be complete.

My thoughts

Pastor Paul was well within his rights to refuse to be photographed, absolutely nothing wrong with that. He showed his displeasure without cursing at the guy or pointing any weapon at him so nothing wrong with how he handled that, in my opinion.

The Police also confirmed that what he carried was not a lethal firearm but added that the stun gun was a prohibited anti-riot equipment and that's where I believe he has a case to answer.

Why was he carrying a stun gun? To protect himself? well, we all know we don't have a reliable security apparatus to protect Nigerians so we must go the extra mile to protect ourselves, but it has to be done within the provisions of the law.

These laws need to be revised. Herdsmen are allowed to use cutlasses, sticks etc o protect themselves from hazards of the bushes.
There are hazards in the city which one needs protect themselves from. A stun guns, pepper sprays and such should not be outlawed.

Meanwhile the rich and politicians behind the corners are allowed to carry more dangerous weapons like AKs.

What did your own federal lawmakers say about this when you discussed it with them?

Did your own senator and representative agree to propose legislation to this effect and lobby their fellow lawmakers for its passage

The pastor was driving a tinted vehicle why did he even feel the need to wind down and flash a gun? Totally unnecessary.

It's non-lethal, and it's something women carry in their bags in developed world countries, with pepper spray, to protect themselves.

It's only in Nigeria that only the armed forces, paramilitary, police, and certain criminals are allowed to carry weapons.

Others aren't even allowed to carry defensive gadgets.

My former boss told us of a day when he drove himself, and boys used a big stone to break his rear passenger window and dove inside his car to rob him.

If they wanted to kill him, he would be dead.

If he had a taser gun, maybe he might stand a chance. Police will be out of business if everyone carried a deterrent to violence, that's why they want all citizens to be nice and defenceless.

friends and family go don dey carry food go give am for sanko by now if na ordinary man.

Looks like he recently got this gun thing from one of his foreign trips and was looking for an opportunity to use it.
