India another small ally of Russia in based on the war in Ukraine in recent times got bruised too. They have gone quiet and are still nursing their injuries with Pakistan.

What a joke of an analysis. First of all, India is friendly with Russia, not an ally. And if India is the one nursing its injuries, why is it that the Indus Waters Treaty still suspended? Pakistan won, no? Then why is India still able to stop the flow of rivers into Pakistan? How come winner Pakistan couldn't enforce the conditions for victory?

Winning on social media is one thing, winning in real life is another. When 3rd party satellite imagery confirms that all Pakistani attacks on India were thwarted by Indian Air Defences and that 11 out of the 13 airbases of Pakistan air force received precision hits from Indian attacks, it is clear who won in real life.
Parading around news of Indian jets having been shot down doesn't change the fact, especially when all Indian fighter pilots lived through it and India has got $700 Billion in its forex reserves to just buy a new replacement for the jets it did lose.

Leaving aside your personal attacks, the difference between an ally and a friendly relationship is that in the latter, you don't tie your foreign policy and defence posture with another nation state thereby retaining a great degree of strategic autonomy and sovereignty.
UK and USA are allies. India has no allies, only friendly relationships, because that is what India wants.

BRICS and The Quad are both groupings where nations with partial alignment in their strategic goals come together to coordinate efforts on those goals alone. Russia and India are in a friendly relationship. China is India's main military and strategic threat (officially speaking). Yet all three of these nations are together in the BRICS because they all want to create an alternative to the Western led economic order. For India, this (creating an alternative) is the end goal. For China and maybe Russia, this is just the first step, with the end goal being to destroy the Western led economic order completely.


Learn to appreciate nuance. The tendency to make great sweeping generalizations is the hallmark of a poor analysis.

Finally, when you write that when abc and xyz fought and abc was left nursing its wounds, it implies that xyz "won." This was the original reason I decided to call your analysis garbage and decided to set the record straight. You did it either due to genuinely believing that Pakistan won or due to you attempting to make a great sweeping generalization about a topic you don't know much about (India vs Pakistan) in order to support a larger point about something you know a lot about (Russia vs West). I think its the latter.
