But Iran is now using very very expensive missiles to attack Israel which they cannot sustain for a long time. It takes several months and or years to be able to build or manufacture a missile.
So in the long run, Iran will run short of missiles. That is when the havoc will be done by the side that is able to fly warplanes to attack.

Mind you, Israel has full control over Iranian airspace (because all their defense systems have been bombed by Israel)—meaning if they wanted, they could level Tehran like Gaza within days.
