Was it budgeted for in the states yearly?

Did the state's legislature approve the disbursement of that money for Eneche?

Rejecting the money is not so wise to me but more of phobia of public opinion. he could as well take the money, even add to it and do something sustainable to the people the community rightly making the announcement there. That was how missionaries brought education and health to Nigeria. If the politicians don’t know what to do with money the righteous one can teach them. ..I know there is nothing wrong but when a pastor his already rich and wealthy and his contended with what he has...to reject the money is not bad ..many pastors that billionaires will still collect that 30 million naira for their own personal use which is greediness

The problem wasn't really about the money but the manner it was given.

I was in the crusade, no tithe and offering call at all. I was surprised cos it's the first time I am seeing such. Instead the man gave palliatives to the students and ministers this morning closing session. Don't just judge, so that u won't be judged.

He won't reject tithes and offerings because Christians aren't forced to pay those. Paying tithes and offerings is a way Christians demonstrate their relationship with God. Mind you, there are many Christians who don't pay tithe.
