are they put on tight bra? To me, it's a silly excuse. There are other thing the can wear like bra top, tub or singlet, but they won't wear any and they will leave their nipple without taping it........ I'm also a female and it disgust me to heaven when I see someone like me dress that way........
There are valid reasons for females not to wear bras. Apart from size issues and how the contraption restricts. Research has shown that they have no health benefit and they can cause cysts, cancer and breast pain.

Like I said previously have an honest conversation with your female friends or family and they will educate you why they choose not to wear one or limit wearing them.

Critical thinking is the dark arts to you obviously. God forbid anyone think progressively or have an alternate view. Use the thing between your ears.

I won’t dignify you with a reply since you also lack what the school is trying to instill in those lads; Morals grin
So you agreed that your ancestors were all immoral until bra was invented grin

The west and the UD and Asian that don't enforce those things are better in research and discovery that your universities. So which serious learning and research ur universities are doing than can't happen Cox a student didn't wear bra. Misplaced priority.
What major research have they done in the past that is meaningful to mankind when dressing was decent?
Thank you for supporting your own but lets take those braless ladies into a separate lecture room to write their exams with many invaginators in the room then bring their scores after the exam I want to check something.

Yeye dey smell.

What if the person doesn't like putting on bra?

You can wear bra and still dress indecently just so you know
Yes but when the school says "put on a bra", don't break the rules. Do as you're told and if you have any health issue which prevents you from wearing it, you can tender a health report. You can't just do things everytime cos you feel like. It won't hurt to put it on at least for exam then remove later

so you will allow your young wife who is still a student go to school without a bra? And they don't need to press their breast to know they are not putting on a bra......
There is a dress code almost everywhere ...it does not specify exactly what one must wear. If it is obvious that a student is not wearing a bra ... it will be a distraction and she rightfully should be called out for it . There are women with small breasts but do not wear bras but how they dress it will not be noticeable. Would that be indecent or immoral? According to the rules ...she will now be checked and found to be braless...and will have to wear a bra..... most likely ...an oversized bra. Do you think that is right? ...feel free to say the rules are the rules. This just shows how short sighted the ones who make the rules are .... how ignorant they are of women's breast...or the institution is run by perverts. My direct question to you ... should they check for panties? If no ...why not?

The morality that we place on bras could be cultural. In some places in Taraba state, Well, those that serve in Taraba will bear me witness that not putting on bra is just as normal as putting on bra. At first, it might look absurd seeing ladies and adult women braless but later you won't just read any meaning to it.
Is that place Taraba even if it is cultural? In fact that is even more reason it should be obeyed

Ask your female family and friends how it feels wearing a bra. I have been told it is quite uncomfortable and that is why is most can’t wait to take them off or not wear them at all.

We seem focus on the most pedestrian and inane nonsense sha. So na no bra cause the problems with our tertiary institutions in Nigeria?
What caused it? That is how it starts. Morality had a way of promoting learning among students. I commend the school management for this. Those who are against dress code can as well relocate to the US where students attend lectures necked.

What has bra got to do with morality or development? Why cant men avert their eyes and focus on the face? Why the hyper-sexualization of breasts? Some of you go commando all the time and no one has mandated that men must wear drawers.

What does it take to obey simple rules?

In the nearest future, some institutions may face backlash for any policy on smoking Marijuana, loud, kolos etc in Exam hall.

In learning and in character

In my university days,I can go without bra, wearing sleeveless or spaghetti because I had a small firm breast and you wouldn't even notice though I was never comfortable entering the campus without wearing bra, never did actually, just to the market or street to buy stuff or visit my elder brother e
A girl walked into my office few weeks ago with her breasts dangling on her chest, very obvious because she's big there and was on loose polo material too, when I questioned if she was weaning her baby and experiencing pain hence reason for going braless, she told me no, still single.
So why are you naked? Why are you not embarrassed? Are you comfortable?
I didn't let go and wasn't going to attend to the issue that brought her to my office,I must hear her reasons which I patiently waited for. Finally she told me she doesn't feel like wearing bra,how it was sometimes uncomfortable and painful.and I asked if she owns brallets which was in the affirmative,so why can't you wear it instead? Told me she washed it. You have just one brallet, let's wait for it to dry before we can sort out your problem, she came back an hour later fully dressed.

Like the saying goes; ur dressing determine how you will be address( u will be address (judge, view, seen etc) by the way u dress)

Where did you get “over 70 percent from”?

Or you just like throwing numbers around
This is a faceless forum so I won't argue with you. I don't need to quote statis sense

I have facts. If I may ask are you presently a student in any of the tertiary institutions?

If yes then I feel your pain.

If no, then I am of the opinion that you visit a nearby higher institutions exam hall, then you will agree no less with me.

I simply asked how you arrived at such figure.

Meanwhile Education malpractice is a multifaceted phenomenon.

first is poor quality of education, how would student pass if not malpractice, you can’t give what you don’t have, most schools has no lab, under staffed, many students can’t even afford ordinary uniform, many classes are dilapidated.

Second is moral decadence as education does not hold weight as it does before, majorly as a lot of educated adult have no job or are under employed, what is the motivation for younger ones to pay attention aside from just getting the paper?

And the list goes on but then there a lot of people who are making exploit and many Nigerians can speak English and write their names and those who can’t aren’t Gen Z for all I know and I beg your pardon its no where close to 70%. Only you know where you got your stats from

My figure isn't over rated, I have facts. Maybe you can conduct a survey by visiting one or two higher institutions during exams so you can see things for your self, as that remains the subject of discuss in this context.

Moreover, ability to read or write in English language has not much to contribute to a students overall academic performance, particularly when they enroll in higher institutions.
