According to the Bible (Book of Eziekiel and others), May 14th, 1948, was the exact date the Bible prophesied that modern Israel will be founded. May or may not be aware of it, David Ben-Gurion and President Truman were just vessels used by God to bring to pass what the Bible prophesied over year 400 years ago in the Bible.

There are only two dates God hid from mankind (and that is the date of Rapture, and the date anti-Christ will be revealed). He only gave signs for these dates.
But God revealed every other date in the Bible including the date of first coming of Jesus Christ (His birth, death, and resurrection), the date of His second return to the earth, the exact date of rebirth of Israel (14th May 1948), and many more dates of all Biblical events in God's Calendar. They are all hidden in the sacred pages of the Bible. If we ready and study the Bible, He will show us.

Just as also mentioned in the bible some nations Ethiopia, Egypt,Lebanon, Crete ,Syria, Libya and a host of other nations( i dont have the comprehensive list in my memory) they are also the same nations as the bibilical times even in modern times as ISRAEL . Even though they all got their independence from their colonial masters some earlier and some later. Egypt as an example was colonized by the British .

Then mind you that whole geographical area was originally known as ISRAEL,it was later given the name PALESTINE by the Romans to suite their conquest. So to say the Israelites are the original Palestinians habiting on that land,there was no separate Israelites and Palestinians then mind you . Even before migrants of JEWISH origins started arriving from Europe there were native israelites still habiting that geographical region with Arabs who migrated from modern day jordan,iran,Saudi Arabia ,Iraq ,Syria and Lebanon as a result of the Ottoman conquerors who were Muslims from Turkey. During the time of the Crusades these native Israeli's were habiting in that geographical area and were subjugated by the the Turkish conquerors and that was was spured the Medieval king ruling then in Europe to organise Christian Crusaders to take back the Bibical nation of Israeli from the Turkish invaders who were muslims. The Crusader's initially took back the Bibical holy land. But later were overun ,the Turkish conquerors unleashed massacre's and persecution of the native israelites who were mainly Jews and very few Christians who were followers of Christ forcing them to convert to islam. Which forced them to exile all over the world.Who owns America it is not the migrants from Europe or Africa but the native Red Indians who were massared and forced to give up their lands and forced to stay in Resrvations. Till date they they are still existing in modern day America,but have now became a minority in their own land. This was to be the fate of the native israelites but migrants of Jews from round world migrated to the geographical area and thus a modern day Isreal was formed. I hope from now on a clear picture would be gotten many are ignorant of basic facts.

The people who are calling themselves Palestinians today are really Arabs who migrated from all these Arabic nations i mentioned who sought to create a homeland for themselves as a new Arabic nation in another mans land and sought to deprive the original occupants of their land the Israelis. Even with that the UN still gave them much of the geographical area and the real owners a little portion of their own land. They still accepted but the Arab nations and their migrants said the nation of Israel had no right to exist on the planet and six mighty Arab nations ganged up to wipe out a tiny nation from the earth.The rest is history that is why till date these same Arab nations have kept a distance as they have tasted the most bitterest pill and consequence LOSS OF THEIR TERRITORY.
