No moment of silence, no strong words of compassion, just politics as usual.

Same opinion I have he needs to give the NSA position to someone from the north Central or south- south , he can dash minister of defence to the north as that position is more ceremonial than effective.

The president’s visit to Benue really caused so much pain for 0b1ng0s. They have been looking for ways to profit from the tragedy politically

Stop talking trash. Security starts from everyone. If you're waiting for the president to come from Abuja to secure your environment, then you must be on a long thing. What you should be asking is what has the government done to alleviate the sufferings of those that have been displaced and hospitalized. Also, what are they doing to prevent such events from reoccurrence.

Tinubu understands the game..
1. He shouldn't appear too empathetic for the Benue people. If he does, he will lose the support of the political cabals.. forget the stories that there are no cabals anywhere.. only the insiders know the game.

2. After all the Benue people are too insignificant in the scheme of political calculations in Nigeria, he shouldn't therefore condemn outrightly the culprits.

3. He has to at least visit Benue to distract his political enemies.. reason he has to visit at all cost.

Oga go and give your own speech after or contest since you know better. What should be said to a grieving audience that was not said?
He prayed for them, he gave one minute silence. If it's not enough, you and their priest governor can read psalms to them. He rightly read the riot act to the docile governor. Sit up and shape up.

There’s nothing ‘trash’ about demanding empathy from a president addressing a grieving community. Of course security is everyone’s concern, but when over 200 citizens are massacred, and the Commander-in-Chief shows no visible compassion, that’s a leadership problem.
Nobody said he should carry a gun, we’re saying he should carry the weight of the moment with dignity. Asking about relief and prevention is valid, but it starts with acknowledging the pain first. That’s not too much to expect from a leader.

The most shocking thing in all these Benue massacre one particular peopple are the only tribe in the country who has be riding so many reason, so many stupud conspiracy about Tinubu visit to Benue only one tribe don't need to mentioning the tribe but by their names you can understand they are thee worst headache in Nigeria history funny enough they are my people.

They willl come here to called me aboki or igbokwe soon keep watching. Truth is a sin to them.
