If America was reckless, unplanned and corrupt as you Nigeria, how would they have enough to carry you along?

When it comes to HIV. Even some straight people fall victims. It's not only gay or bisexual men. Anybody, regardless of who you are or your sexual orientation should stay safe, abstain if possibly or practice monogamy (have only one partner).
