Principal offence here is blackmail where he might have gotten 10years.

"Cumulative of 76" years means each charge has its own prison term. By the time all the prison terms of each charge are added together, they come up to 76, so the questions are what are the prison terms per charge and will they be running consecutively or concurrently?
