Local crime? depends on the kind of crime. It is this mentality of yours that pushes many people to commit crimes that they won't be able to afford its consequences.

The facts of this case are not very clear. Like some people have pointed out, it is hard to tell from the story what really happened, where it happened and how the 14 year old boy lost his life.
