El Rufai was never his friend! He criticized Tinibu and even said that you can't sit in Lagos and dictate what will happen in Nigeria. They supported him because they have no other choice.

Any southerner that thinks this is about Tinubu must be very slow. The North is trying to establish a political pattern. What pattern? That they can always remove a southern president if he does not do their bidding.

They failed with Obj. They succeeded with Jonathan. Buhari their brother enjoyed 8 destructive years unchallenged by them. Now it's time to replay the Jonathan script. If Tinubu lets them, then the south can kiss its political pride goodbye. We will then safely say that the south is a conquered region.
