My dad passed away in his 80s.

In your 70s, one can still look strong. However, around that 80s bit, you detiorate fast.

IBB is now 85. This shouldn't be a surprise if you've had parents or relations around that age.

In addition, I doubt whether he engaged in physical activities in his middle age years. He looks like one focused on enjoying life.

I was wondering the same thing. Babangida is likely wealthier than the Nigerian federal treasury, so getting a full set of permanent dental implants is certainly affordable for him. Perhaps dentists have determined that his jaw bone does not have the structural integrity to hold the implant metal inserts into which the new teeth would have been affixed.
