Iran is located right in the earthquake belt just like Turkey and that's a severe natural disaster right there added to the back-and-forth aerial bombings.

The covenant that the God of Israel made with Abraham according to Gen 17:1-11 is attached to a condition.
Verse 9- says; your responsibility is to obey the terms of the covenant. You and ALL your descendants have this continual responsibility.
Verse 11; you must cut off the flesh of your foreskin as a sign of the covenant between me and you. (Verse 11 is talking about sin)
This implies that God promised to be with the Israelites as long as they follow in His commandments and obey Him,walk righteously with HIM just as father Abraham did. Abraham was faithful in serving the Lord that is why God choose him. Today, Israel is deeply involved in all forms of immorality. The same sin that made God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah.
Therefore, the question we need to ask ourselves are; Is the nation of Israel still aligning itself with the covenant that their fore father has with God? Do they still regard themselves as the chosen generation with the responsibility of walking in the ways of the God of Abraham? What is the real motivation for this war, is it for political supremacy, religion or satanic agenda on the world? Who benefits from this chaos?

At best, they are concealing evidence of enriched uranium. Let’s learn from history, especially from the Iraq war. After the war and with benefits of hindsight, the participants are now trading blames over lack of evidence to have supported the war actions.
Iran could be using that same approach which might include to destroy what they have acquired. At the end, they will allow inspectors in and claim victim of unnecessarily attack.
Remember, the two weeks US deadline is fast approaching. Iran right now is between a rock a rock and a hard place. At that point, the whole world will get to know what is inside of those bunkers.

In an average setting, you are right but this isn't an average setting. Iran which shares no border with Israel has threatened the Jewish state with extermination. It's only a fool that will see and hear a man threaten him with death and he won't plan to either kill that person first or at least reduce him to the position of being incapable of harming him. The Iranian Islamic government goofed big time. As much as Pakistan hates India, they can't risk nuking India but those fanatics in Iran will risk it all just to harm Israel if they ever get the nuclear capability they so much seek.
Israel is justified to do all they can to deny Iran ever getting nuclear weapons.
No one is a fool you know. If Iran for instance succeeds in getting nuclear and throw caution to the winds in an attempt to destroy Israel, the whole Middle East will be polluted with nuclear pollution because the whole Iran will be nuked killing off tens of millions of innocent Persians and the nuclear fallout will get to nearby countries like Afghanistan, Kuwait, Oman etc. This is a risk no reasonable human will ever want to see. Therefore, the best situation is to prevent Iran getting a nuclear bomb for the safety of the entire Middle East.
