The difference between nuclear bomb and nuclear energy is how the nuclear fission is controlled.

The enrichment they often talk about is just like refining crude oil to get petrol, kerosene and diesel. And then enriching the petrol to sulphur free etc.
Uranium in its ore state need to be refine and enrich (Uranium234)

Iran has ballistic missile program that has the means and technology to deliver the warhead at a distance of 2,000km capable of reaching anywhere in Israel and some parts of Europe.

My personal conclusion:
Iran is getting all the materials and technology ready so that when their Supreme leader gives them the go ahead it won't take a week to achieve. That's their plan.

A country only needs 3.5% purity for civilian purposes. If Iran is not planning to build a bomb why refine it to 60% purity according to IAEA not Israel and they have 400kg of it enough to make 9 bombs.
Why would they have secret enrollment facilities some are deep underground.They also restrict IAEA inspectors from some sites.
