Israel has a very sensitive monitoring system that warms it's citizens about any missile moving out of Iran so pple usually run and hide inside the bunkers, the only way Iran may actually cause human casualty is only if they strike Israel from outside Iran, as long as their missiles are flying out from Iran, the entire Iran has been mapped by Israel sensitive Misile detector and ll detect it ahead of time before it land because of distance and the time it ll travel, the only few casualty are pple who were not able to enter the bunkers in time.

It’s simple. You see those countries that have nuclear weapons, they are so stable that they are never going to use them no matter the provocation. No matter what, Russia is never going to use it on Ukraine, India is never going to use it on Pakistan and vice versa and China is never going to use it on Taiwan or Hong Kong and the US is never ever going to use it on any country again and all this is partly because they all know the repercussions and because the world needs peace and allowing this weapon to full into the hands of a country that’s constantly chanting “death” to another country will be a big problem to deal with.
