....and what is wrong with Gatwick, this airport is only 15 minutes on the train from Victoria, center of London. If one lives in the south of London Gatwick will be preferable and if you live in the west or North then Heathrow will suit you. In the strict sense it doesn't really matter whether it's Gatwick or Heathrow, it depends where you are coming from in London.

.... How will it make travelling easier for Nigerians ? have you ever been to Gatwick? from the terminal to the train station is only about 5 minutes walk where you can get a direct train to Victoria, a 30 minutes journey time.

Unfortunately the Air Peace flight to London is not a pleasant experience. It is not competitive. The other thing is all his noise about the price has died down .Air Peace now seems to be part of the oligopoly cashing out just like the foreign airlines

My suggestions

They need to invest in better quality aircraft and train their staff and if necessary employ Non-Nigerians.
It is no joke travelling for 6 hours with inflight entertainment not working and having to deal with rude Nigerian inflight staff.

Sadly the culture of rudeness and or not being pleasant seems to be taking root. Yes Nigerian passengers are quite unruly but that is no excuse.
AirPeace needs to learn from those airlines that are getting it right

The Truth is I would not fly AirPeace tomorrow to London if I have a choice which is quite sad really

Now that he has Heathrow he should restrategize and open a portal for passenger feedback.(I recall there was something like that last year when I flew with them) If it is still running he should LISTEN

HAH..so airpeace has still not fixed their inflight entertainment system .i am begging to think they have not paid for the licences to use them i wont fly them again ...once bitten twice shy

Most people flying into places Like Birmingham, Manchester, Southampton Liverpool , Newcastle, Bristol , Cardiff or Scotland will likely not fly into London

They are better off using European Airlines like KLM, AirFrance, Lufthansa that will take them directly to those cities from their own countries

Airpeace should seriously consider a flight to Manchester

In a saner clime, Airpeace 's licence would have been temporarily suspended pending when he fixes his shabby operational services. A lot of clients have been made to suffer great losses through Airpeace incompetence.

I do not believe you have ever been anywhere near the UK

We are talking about direct flights to UK and you are saying this?? Qatar to London? Why ? You are being ridiculous

The complaint has been that people fly a 6 hour flight to London and the inflight entertainment is not working that is if you even know what that is

We advised them to improve that and you say we are hateful?
You say they are making the Nation proud ? NO!! we are better and they can improve and we gave constructive advice on how they can do so.
It is clear we are not on the same level at all
