As a seller yourself, even a cutting machine that was sent to Nnewi, he sent it back for no reason, I’ve had enough from him , market is not for one person , if 5 people people complain about me out of 1000 people because I didn’t accept their terms of business, its superb second quarter of the year for me

People who still do business with FutureFocus how do you cope . No doubt, the guy offers great deals—but honestly, his attitude and the way he talks to people can be off-putting.

I remember when I wanted to buy a beard trimmer from him for around 30k. He insisted I had to pay in full before delivery. I told him I wasn’t comfortable with that and offered to come pick it up myself because I prefer to inspect what I’m buying before making payment. But he refused, saying something about being a "celebrity seller" and that I couldn’t meet him. I just laughed.

Still trying to make it work, I asked what would happen if I received the item and found a defect—would I be able to get a refund? His response wasn’t convincing at all.

So I proposed a compromise: I would pay the delivery fee upfront (to and fro), and he could instruct the dispatch rider not to release the item until he confirmed my payment. Even that didn’t sit well with him.

At that point, it became clear that all the conditions of the sale were designed to favour him alone. If anything went wrong, it would be nearly impossible to get a refund.

How is this a scam?

Why not go to the market where you can open , inspect, shave with it, yes I’m arrogant very very , that’s how they treat we Nigerians where I get my stocks from, Bose won’t even let you access, they don’t even deal with Nigerians , they sell the to Lebanese who sell us ,
Soon I will start selling my things on bulk to PH buyers and you all can rest, guys from London buy these gadgets in bulk even to resell without fuss, but you want to buy only one with plenty condition , lol

How many people has shown up here that I sold bad item to them , items are always in good condition and if anything go wrong I don’t hesitate to do a refund with even interest , yes I do refund with interest, go and verify

even if I don't buy a single thing from you,at least I bought this toy car from you and you sold a defective product knowing fully well that it is a bad product. You sealed it back and sold it as brand new. There's no way I will pay for this if I physically tested the item at your shop and it doesn't work. You cannot claim broken warranty if the item didn't work immediately the box was opened.

The very reason you usually make sure that customers don't meet us because you don't want a situation where the item doesn't work and they don't pay. At least by shipping the item after payment, whatever they get doesn't concern you because you have collected your money and can start exhibiting kolomental character

I don't have anything against his style of business if anything, I see it as being entrepreneurial spirit and that's one of the reasons I patronize him. I remember coming to nairaland with nothing expect zeal to succeed. I owned nothing except my welding skills and nairaland gave me customers beyond my reach. So I patronize anyone from here before anyone else. That's why I am appalled by this attitude of futurefocus because he makes it hard for people to trust online vendors. How can someone trust you to give you money and you fail to deliver and on top of it, you have a terrible attitude
