Floky215:First Iran never started this war, and don’t expect to hit any country and they will quiet, they will fight back against you, Russia on the other hand can’t be fixed like you said in your post, you don’t see how carefully US is shying away from confronting them? 👇👇👇

Dead on arrival. Russia has pulled out it personnel from Iran. Russia would not meddle in Israel matters. (Stringer / Getty Images) Russia, Iran, israel, Energy, Nuclear safety, Nuclear Energy, Nuclear weapons, War, War analysis Russia built and runs Iran’s only functional nuclear power plant, part of a longstanding atomic network that’s now in jeopardy by Kollen Post June 20, 2025 4:02 PM 6 min read Share Share on Twitter Share on Facebook Share on LinkedIn Share via Email Listen to this article 8 min This audio is created with AI assistance Israel’s strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities have alarmed none more than Russia, the country that first brought nuclear power to Iran in defiance of Western objections. We’re “millimeters from catastrophe,” said Kremlin spokeswoman Maria Zakharova on June 18 in response to a bombing campaign that Israel launched against Iran on June 13. Decades of conflict with the West have united Iran and Russia, despite a cultural gulf between the two nations that dwarfs the Caspian Sea that physically divides them. Russia has spent the past decade backing Iran-aligned regimes and militia groups throughout the Middle East. Most famous is Bashar al-Assad, a longtime dictator in Syria, on whose behalf Russia began actively fighting against rebels back in 2015. Assad fell in December. "We're dealing with the domino effects of those changes," Anna Borshchevskaya, a senior fellow at the Washington Institute focusing on Russia's policy toward the Middle East, told the Kyiv Independent. "In my view, the Russians were not just mere opportunists. They weren't just hedging their bets. They weren't just watching on the sidelines. They were actively fueling chaos across the Middle East." "Of course, they've (Iran and Russia) had such extensive nuclear cooperation because it was Russia that built the Bushehr nuclear reactor in the first place." In addition to a broad sense of being at war with the West, nuclear energy is a rare concrete tie joining Russia and Iran, alongside the arms trade and a shared interest in dodging sanctions on fossil fuels. Strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities are, for Russia, personal. "Of course, they've had such extensive nuclear cooperation because it was Russia that built the Bushehr nuclear reactor in the first place," said Borshchevskaya. Opened in 2007 and providing power by 2010, Bushehr is to date the only functioning nuclear power plant in Iran. Originally a project by German company Siemens, construction was on hold for decades following the toppling of the Shah in 1979. Built and maintained by Russia, it was the first nuclear reactor in the Middle East. The Bushehr nuclear power plant is seen in a coastal village in Bushehr province, Iran, on April 29, 2024. (Kremlin Press Office / Handout / Anadolu via Getty Images) On June 19, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he had agreed with Israel as to the safety of the "over 200" specialists working at Bushehr on behalf of the Russian nuclear agency Rosatom. The same day, Rosatom Head Aleksei Likhachov said at a conference in St. Petersburg that the agency had evacuated “tens” of their employees from Bushehr and were weighing a full evacuation, Russian news outlet Interfax reported. Bushehr has yet to fall under Israeli strikes, at least in part because that would be a nuclear disaster. The West stonewalled the Bushehr plant that Russia ultimately built out of concern that at least expertise, if not materials, would be redirected to Iranian nuclear weaponry. But Russia wanted a sale. Experts note that the uranium that Iran uses at its enrichment sites is separate from Bushehr, where Russia holds a monopoly. But why Iran would pay Russia to build Bushehr and supply all of its uranium, as it does to this day, is an odd arrangement given that the oil and gas-rich Iran has little real need for nuclear energy. "It is dubious to say that the reason why (Iran) did so is because they were absolutely desperate for having a nuclear power program. It is my belief that they did it to have a weapons program," Richard Nephew, a senior research scholar at Columbia University’s energy program and former U.S. President Joe Biden’s special envoy to Iran said to the Kyiv Independent. Even U.S. President Donald Trump recently floated the idea of Russian President Vladimir Putin functioning as a mediator between Iran and Israel, which he subsequently backtracked. Rosatom, Russia’s nuclear agency, announced the construction of another nuclear plant in Iran in 2019. And on June 9 of this year, news broke that Iran’s nuclear agency had inked a contract with Rosatom for eight more reactors, including four at Bashehr. On June 13, Israel’s strikes began. Even without Israel attacking, experts were doubtful that Russia would build these new plants. Their announcement was, rather, a "symbolic" gesture of support. "They want to show cooperation with Russia," said Erath. "The nuclear power sector is something that's important to the Russian government. It's one of the areas that they export that has high value, that the Russians still are exporting, profiting from, when the rest of their economy is in big trouble." |

WHAT I WILL ADVICE IRAN TO DO ARE; 1. REMAIN SILENT, DON'T RETALIATE AGAINST AMERICA AND NEVER MENTION YOUR INTENTIONS TO ANYONE. AMERICA AND THE WEST WANTED TO DESTROY YOUR NUCLEAR PROGRAM, THEY HAVE DONE IT, CASE CLOSE. ALL NEGOTIATIONS ARE OVER. 2. WITHDRAW FOR IAEA TREATY, THERE IS NOTHING FOR THEM TO INSPECT, ALL NUCLEAR SITE HAS BEEN DESTROY. 3. CANCEL ALL BILATERAL AGREEMENT AND TREATIES WITH THE WEST AND LOCKED DOWN THE COUNTRY AWAY FROM THE WEST. TRADE ONLY WITH CHINA AND RUSSIA, AS WELL AS OTHER GLOBAL SOUTH COUNTRIES. 4. IMPEACHED THE CURRENT WESTERN LEANING GOVERNMENT AND BRING ON THE HARDLINERS GOVERNMENT WHO WILL GET THE NUCLEAR PROGRAM DONE. 5. PARTNER WITH CHINA AND MAYBE RUSSIA ON ADVANCE AIR DEFENSE AND MISSILES TECHNOLOGY, MAKE DEAL WITH CHINA FOR A TOTAL REBUILD OF YOUR AIRFORCE AND MILITARY ESPECIALLY YOUR SUBMARINE PROGRAM . HAVE IT IN MIND THAT YOU WILL BE READY TO FIGHT WITH AMERICA IN 5 YEARS TIME. 6. ENSURE TO HUNT DOWN VIGOROUSLY ALL WESTERN AND ISREALI SPY NETWORKS OPERATING WITHIN YOUR COUNTRY, ALSO MAKE SURE THAT YOU POSITION YOUR SPIES IN AMERICA, ISREAL AND OTHER WESTERN COUNTRIES AWAITING FOR THE APPOINTED TIME. 7. AFTER SECURING YOUR COUNTRY FROM SPIES, PROCEED AND ENRICHED YOUR NUKE IN SILENCE AND SECRECY INSIDE A FORTIFIED UNDERGROUND LABORATORY, THIS SHOULD BE A TOP GOVERNMENT SECRET. WHEN YOU HAVE SUCCEEDED DOING THIS, YOU CAN THEN CARRYOUT PUBLIC TESTING OF YOUR NUKE AND DECLARE YOURSELF A NUCLEAR POWER. WITH POWERFUL AIR DEFENSES AND HYPERSONIC MISSILES, WITH SUBMARINES AND COMPETENT AIRFORCE ADD WITH NUKES, NOBODY NOT EVEN USA CAN PROVOKE OR ATTACK YOU |

jayce232:When issue are being analysed based on facts and reality,Islamic terrorism apologists will always want to force their opinions on you and force you to always see things through their lens alone. When it comes to Islamic terrorism the free world is far United than ever. Have you ever wondered why we have 5 permanent members of the UN security Council, made up of America, Russia, China, France and United Kingdom in a world of 195 countries? It simply means there is really no equality in this world but a WORLD ORDER. One of their common grounds is the fight against Islamic terrorism, they don't always fight over every matter. Ironically of all the 5 ,the most tolerating of Islam is actually the United States,France and the United Kingdom. |

baralatie:. It is a fight against NATO plus Ukraine not just Ukraine. All the tanks , jets and even drones are supplied by NATO , the intelligence unit which is a vital part of the war is in the hands of NATO especially US and the UK. The war is only taking place on Ukraine's soil using Ukraine's foot soldiers. |

AfonjaPriest:Iran is the lamb bawo?🙆 I guess you were in outer space when Iran was threatening Israel and Chanting death to America at every given opportunity also I guess you don't also know that Iran is the biggest state sponsor of terrorism in the World. I watched an interview were Bin Salman refered to the Ayatollah as Hitler,Incase you do not know Iran is the number one distabilizer of the Middle East and all other Arab countries knows (they are inwardly celebrating the clipping of their wings) but are just keeping up appearances because of their Islamic brotherhood and the shared hatred for the Jews... Try threatening your local government chairman like Iran has been doing to Israel then come back here to give us feedback what happened to you😂😂😂😂 |

MatrixCircle:Well It's hard to feel sorry for Israel when they meted worse treatment to the Palestinians Since this week alone, Israel has killed over 100 innocent kids (it's on tape btw so those demons can't deny) rushing to take aid food because they are starving due to the Israeli blockade Not to talk of the 24 documented hospital strikes that Israel has done in Gaza that killed women and kids My happiness is that in the history of mankind, NO APARTHEID STATE/GOVT has stood the test of time, and Israel case won't be different One day there will be ramifications to deal with Because u can't just be killing innocent people like cockroaches Going to people homes and evicting them (like they are doing in the West Bank) and expect that all will be well and there will be no consequences |

ayusco85:You are right in your assertion that the US is a Christian country and that Russia is also a Christian country with a sizeable Russian Jewish population,so Russia won't be in a rush to side against Israel. Israel is not a Christian country but have iron clad support and relationship with Christian countries just for the simple fact that Jesus was a Jew and also because of the shame that Christians feel for the persecution they have dealt against the Jew in times past so there is this determination to defend them from subsequent persecutions... |
