I blame GEJ for not having the guts to see this port through and cowering to the threats of noisy bullies who are always pissed at any development happening outside their coven even at things as little as an overhead bridge in Yenagoa (yes, they were angry with the then Bayelsa governor Seriake Dickson for constructing a flyover in Yenagoa)
