Technology is far advancing but we are failing to understand that the technology is still in its baby stage (not minding the current advancement) and human physical involvement is highly required.

Coming to agriculture, robots can only improve what people do. I don't think AI can completely replace humans in agriculture because using humans that can operate farm implements will always be cheaper than using robots outright. An advanced human-like robot can sell for $500k. Does buying one make an economic sense?

For research, people developed deep learning models that run AI tools. No, AI cannot replace research. What AI gives you today is what humans have programmed it to give you based on the amount of data trained while they were developing the neural networks. Humans will always pioneer new research (I don't mean regular academic research studies) to solve problems we don't have solutions to yet. AI can only play a supportive role in that space.

Saying graphics designers, video editors, and content creators are the same thing is the first sign that you don’t know what you are talking about.

Graphics designers, Software Engineers, Video Editors, etc., will definitely be impacted by AI in the future. However, content creators will not be replaced; instead, they will harness AI to become more creative and productive.

Content creators are like CEOs (business owners). Their problem is understanding how humans react to AI-generated content compared to their own. And I think they have nothing to worry about because:

1. Okay, let me ask you, would you prefer to watch a movie written and acted by humans, or something totally generated by a machine? (The same goes for skits).


2. Will you buy a book, fiction or nonfiction, written by humans or something generated by AI?

3. Will you listen to music by Davido or something generated by AI?

Now, in case you mention writers, there are two types of writers: authors (self-employed creators) and employed writers (copywriters, article/blog writers, resume writers, academic writers, etc.).

The difference between the two is that authors are experts who create content for consumers (humans). They are self-employed and will remain relevant in the market for the next few years because of human connection.

While the latter are not different from SWEs (Software Engineers), graphic designers, etc., because they are just employees for companies, startups, or small business owners writing soulless content (like product descriptions) that no one cares about.

Dey play. Can you crunch data faster than a machine? If you're a member in the department and not the head, yup.... it will reduce the members in a marketing department by a humble 70% - even as of today - for organizations that know how to chain tools of automation together - at the end of the day critical thinking (on available data) is what AI does for breakfast.
