Nigeria's economy strategy beats everything one learned in school about economy. In other climes, when global oil prices goes up the cost of PMS goes up as well, and when they come down the price of PMS comes down. That is contrary to what we witness here in Nigeria where cost of PMS goes up irrespective of whether the cost of oil is going up or down. |

ManirBK:Since boko haram bombing and killing Nigerians 16yrs and still counting... I have never heard it affect international market.. or foreign countries... Why are we so exploitive and greedy... There is no resources any mortal man brought to this world... Why so much hatred? The crude oil well block resides in Nigeria on .. both modular refineries, oil bunkers, Industrial refineries on Nigeria soils... Both illegal and legal skilled oil refiners are available... What now is stopping Gasoline accessable to Nigerians even at cheaper price...? Abeg what exactly concern Nigeria with the War in Israel ,.. Iran over our Natural resources... There is something economist are not telling Nigerians... Are we govern about Foreign countries...? No country outside Nigeria .. talk about our currency Naira.. but when it comes to our resources u will hear trump say dis... Israel say that and will impact our economy and affect the Nigerian people... |

ceejay80s:This was exactly the question that the bike man that conveyed me yesterday asked. By the way, the old prices of transportation were fixed when fuel was nearing almost #1000/litre but wasn't reduced despite further decrease experienced in the price of fuel. Now it wants to go back to same old price range and those transporters believe that they deserve to increase the fares further? |
