United States President Donald Trump has hinted at the possibility of a regime change in Iran as the tension between the Middle East country and Israel escalates.

Trump bared his mind in a post on his social media page after the US bombed Iranian nuclear facilities – an action that has drawn the country into the ongoing crisis between Iran and Israel.

“It’s not politically correct to use the term, ‘Regime Change,’ but if the current Iranian Regime is unable to MAKE IRAN GREAT AGAIN, why wouldn’t there be a Regime change MIGA!!!” he posted on his Truth Social platform.

His remarks also came after other top US officials stressed that toppling Iran’s leaders was not the aim of the US military action.

The US had carried out attacks in Iran after a week of hostilities between Israel and Iran.

The actions echoed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s sentiments of wiping out Iran’s nuclear research programme.

US allies, including the United Kingdom (UK), said the strikes eliminated the threat of nuclear attacks.

But Iran has repeatedly denied plans of building a nuclear arsenal.

Trump said the strikes caused “monumental damage”, but Iran downplayed the intensity.

Iran vowed that the US strikes would have “everlasting consequences”.

On Monday, Iran launched retaliatory missile strikes at a US air base in Qatar.

Trump has repeatedly asked Iran to surrender.

we've had Christian presidents and vice but in Iran, you have to be long bearded like goat to be supreme leader .

Trump must ensure that a Christian is made the supreme leader of Iran this time .

As the bombings didn't work now it's regime change.

Iran still sent bombs to Israel this morning. If this war has shown us anything, it Is the fact that Israel cannot defeat Iran alone and all those talks of Israel being invisible is all hogwash. Israel without USA is just like Taliban 😂😂😂😂 the iron doom has been useless so be far.

Libya was one of the best African countries under Gaddafi, the USA led NATO destroyed Libya and killed Gaddafi , today Libya is terrible.

In the same Iran in 1953, the USA led coup removed a democratically elected leader with operation Ajax in 1953 this coup was what brought in the islamic leadership in Iran.

They Do want a regime change just that they are too afraid to voice it out especially their women for fear of been killed. Most of thier women want to be like western women having some degree of freedom. They cant even go to the bitch like down facing the sun wearing bikini.

That was before Iran agreed to a ceasefire. How fast Iran agreed to this ceasefire is surprising to me, I expected them to fight more.

Anyway I heard that Islamists have been celebrating the end of the war, claiming victory over Israel and saying Tel Aviv is now like Gaza, thanks to Iran.

Anyway, I just hope their preposterous victory celebration is not cut short by Bibi and Trump.
