Abiola was the foundation of modern democracy we all enjoy together, saying Tinubu worked for enthronement of Abiola and that of democracy shows how shallow you reason.

We should ask you whether Abiola was a military or a monarch.

No, because we have learnt from history that you guys are always looking for excuse to do evil to the Igbos, we know, when OPC(Yoruba) and Hausas were fighting, who did you people start attacking afterwards? Igbos who had abosolutely nothing to do with the fight.

Now that you people have connived with the north to destroy Nigeria with Buhari and Tinubu since 2015 and fight is about to happen between the north and southwest, who are you people still attacking and planning evil for? The Igbos for something we clearly do not have a hand in.

All what you people are looking for is just a single excuse to do evil to the Igbos and if there is none, you people will try to manufacture one, we know you guys very well, the problem is you people don't know the Igbos,(Apologies to the Yorubas among you that refuse to join in this nonsense some of you like doing to the Igbos)
……………………………………………………………………………………. You are so right! The Yorubas always blame the Igbos for their sleepless nights!

The coalition already started on a wrong foot.

Firstly, Sule Lamido tried to change history known to Nigerians despite the role he and Anenih played in the nullification of the June 12 election.

Secondly, fronting Elrufai a known liar to speak for it(coalition). Nigerians are aware that Elrufai can lie today and back it up with another lies tomorrow. That is why OBJ called him a pathological liar. It is that bad.

A group of liars cannot earn the trust of Nigerians, especially when it is being done by a Northerner.
So thiefnubuu knew Elrufai is a liar and he allowed a liar to speak and answer questions for him during campaign?

Even Peter Obi was one of those that were Nzeribe's (ABM) and Chukwumerije's foot soldiers that went to deliver the court order from Justice Bassey Ikpeme's court barring NEC from conducting June 12 election.

Obi was rewarded with a post by Abacha to head a port and he made his billions from that appointment from Abacha.
Abacha also appointed Buhari, and thiefnubuu worked with Buhari and even brought Buhari to be president, and you also voted for Buhari who said Abacha never stole! cheesy

"how many people soldier go kill ooo

Interestingly, I remember all the igbos in my class and their parents cowardly fled to the South East. We were still going to school with green leaves on our cars till it became too hot and school closed.

I dont blame the igbos that fled to their villages sha. After all, they were visitors in the SW, and they assumed a war will break out between the North and the SW, and they didn't not wan't to be part of it despite the evil role they played to annul the June 12.

Inaccuracy.

The election was annulled at the end of June, 1993. So how could Tinubu and his mother went to IBB early 1993 to plead for vacation of the annulment.

Tinubu came to power to settle old scores with his adversaries (political elites) without minding the effect on the economy, the poor man on the street, removal of petrol subsidy and floating of Naira. Everything backfired and collapsed like a pack of cards despite the huge revenue at the coffers of the federal government.

Tinubu rules out alliance with CPC

Prospect of a possible alliance between the Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN and Congress for Progressive Change, CPC, was dashed yesterday in Kano as the leader of the party and former governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu described CPC as parading “expired leadership.”

Tinubu told ACN supporters in Kano during the party’s Presidential rally that: “What Nigerians need now is a transformation in leadership” as obtained in the advanced economy.

The two-term Governor of Lagos State explained that the leadership of ACN was offering Nigeria the brilliance of Nuhu Ribadu who, he said, is in the class of Nicolas Sarkozi of France, David Cameron of Britain, Medvedev of Russia and Barack Obama of the United States of America.

“What has CPC got to offer? We certainly don’t need expired leadership as we are offering the best in terms of brilliance, courage and patriotism in the class of Sarkozi of France, David Cameron of Britain and Barack Obama of the USA.”

Tinubu’s position came on the heels of Ribadu’s declaration penultimate week in Kaduna when he hinted during a political rally of a joint ticket between the two opposition parties to confront the dominance of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

The national leader of ACN criticised President Goodluck Jonathan for shying away from the national debate held last Friday, stressing that”that singular act exposed Jonathan as a coward who has nothing to offer.”

Is that because he is the worst rogue among the elites, based on how he has wrecked Lagos into a shadow of itself on basic services and utilities dxespite the huge budget growth to N3.4 trillion from N42.8 billion in year 2000?

What else could he have done with all that money if he and his successors failed to employ civil servants as part of ebilokan's master plan for ordinary water supply huh

Lawmaker scores Lagos Water Corporation low

A Lagos State lawmaker, Mr Saka Fafunmi, on Thursday expressed dissatisfaction at the performance of the state Water Corporation.

Fafunmi, a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly (LAHA), said in Ikeja that the corporation had not been able to justify statutory allocations to it.

The lawmaker, who represents Ifako-Ijaiye Constituency 1 at the assembly, spoke to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).

He said that the corporation had the capacity to generate much fund internally through water rates but had relied solely on government funding because of poor performance.

'' Anyone that is using water will be willing to pay for it; the corporation has not been giving us water.

"Is there any new community that Water Corporation has given water? People depend on boreholes; even government estates have industrial boreholes.

"Why do we keep pumping money into an agency that does not give us the desired results?'' he asked.

He noted that the Adiyan Waterworks was located at Ifako-Ijaiye, where many of the residents had resorted to digging boreholes as a means of getting water.

''A lot of people are falling sick because they don't drink clean water.

''In the same compound, where you have sewage, is where you have a borehole.

''There is no way you can manage the sewage that it will not leak and pollute the water; everyone drinking such is drinking contaminated water,'' he said.

The lawmaker urged the corporation to increase water reticulation and supply to residents.

Are we not enjoying the 10% of democracy that we vote for, which means that far less donate money, volunteer time and talents for the other aspects of politics, governance and advocacy on specific issues?

Stop distortion of the truth. You were nt even born then. I experience riot in 1993 in lagos.

The only thing that gave the military upper hand is because many Nigerians are not armed. Otherwise, most their barracks would have been overrunned and blundered. I remember that most police station were closed as they became easy pick for angry citizens.
