I guess Iran’s idea of victory is having its nuclear facilities, jets, launchers, military bases hit by Israel and losing top generals left and right, scientists and soldiers included.

Once Israel is able to takeover and dominate Iran's airspace, that is the end! They will continually mount surveillance and eliminate their targets, even after the ceasefire is reached and announced. Every military activity like movement of weapons etc. will henceforth be bombed by Israel.
