The Milk part In the Fura Do Nono (or Fura De Nunu), is from Raw milk?
All these years, something that has become fairly common amongst the southerners too, a lot of Lagos people now drink.
No Pasteurization, no processing or anything whatsoever?
Not in the most basic form, nothing nothing

The milk of it, the "Nunu" Or "Nono", has always been Raw Milk, direct from cow.

There is another one called kindirimo that one is d refined one it's use to be thick and some people may put ice block in it to make it chill tongue tongue

That thing is local yorghurt and has been like that for centuries. Well before technological knowhow to pasteurize came.

Is by cooking it till it's separated from everything in nono. When nono is natural it use to come along with cow oil called mainshanu in hausa n it can b use just like palm oil or grandnut oil, nono natural comes with a lot in it that I don't even kmow some but what I know is if nono is well boiled and separated from all those natural things that comes with it then it now called kindirimo that's d refined nono and it use to be thicker than d main nono. Hope u understand cuz am in a hurry as am explaining this to u
