For someone Yes it is, since you want to buy a new one. I prefer the 13 to 14. Superior chip and the overall design I liked compared to that big round camera bump behind 14 |

Redmi13 is good but I would advice you to save a little and go for the pro Other devices I recommend u to check out are, Samsung s20 or s21, google pixel 6, Motorola edge 20 pro. iPhone 11, xiaomi 10t pro or xiaomi 13 lite These devices are within your price range |
