The woman who went to court did not serve Obi's brother notice of the court case. So, in the case, it was the Woman vs The Unknown! Obi's brother was not there to defend himself.

This thing happened to an estate I bought a plot of land years back. One day, we got to the land and saw a notice stating that another organization has gotten a judgement in respect of the land against the Unknown. How can we be the unknown? We had already erected a gate on the land. Our name was there (name of the estate).

Whoever demolished Obi's brother's land knew what they were up to.

Our judiciary needs to sort this problem. There's nothing like the unknown.

Don't twist it..... Obi made it look like his brother's property was demolished by Lagos State government as a way to get at him. Meanwhile it was pure judicial issue involving two parties.

Order was given to take over a property is it the same as demolishing it?
Furthermore,no person has the authority to demolish a property except a government building or land agency.
So even if she was granted the property by a court and she wants to have it demolished,she has to go through the lagos building agency for official authorization to do so.
Where is that letter of approval for the demolition?
To further show it's the hand of Saul but the voice of Jacob,or whatever the saying goes,this order was granted on the 19th June and just a few days after,the property was swiftly demolished!

You already gave them an identity of “illegal squatters”. You cannot later refer to them as unknown persons.

It would have been more straightforward if they were addressed as “illegal squatters or occupants”.
