I've been wondering, for someone that wants to relocate to Ibadan, where's the best place to live in terms of
- Serenity
- Less crowd and noise
- Lively, with active night life
- Heart of the city
- Dominated by young people.
- Relatively Affordable rent

What's the range of rent to be expecting for a room and parlour self contain.

Ibadan is cool place to be
I working and residing at Ibadan
I stay around ring road 🛣️
Gud place to be
But most of lagosian and yahoo guyz don made accommodation cost here,many lagosian live here and work at lag,come home everyday,some travel by trains, 45minutes journey by 🚆🚂 train, pass Lagos self, imagine a room selfcon 450k, rent 300k
That room and parlour selfcon just budget close to 1m,
Except u want stay in local area, ghetto street plenty here, and house rent cheap dere

Go ahead. I made this move years ago and it's a journey you will not regret

Which area can give me this, and still be affordable for rent.

I’m considering moving to Ibadan soon, Lagos lifestyle is costly now

My frnd that rented a room last month, boysquarter at backyard,sharing toilet with 3/4 rooms, 250k tp,rent 150, no tile no pop, houses with dose features , my brother?? 500k upward,still depend on locations

house i am catfish farmer. please i recommedation of villages that is on the outskirts land is cheap but still a bit close to town
but most motorable and security wise too
