Peter Obi's brother is not "unknown". He built a house standard house on the land and has been there for 15 years. You can't call someone like that a squatter. Even the charge and bail lawyer Obi brought to the press stated the injunction to stop the demolition has not yet been served on the land lady so the demolition can continue despite all Peter Obi's grand standing and media show.
Obi should go to court and file a proper injunction for the court to decide the teal owner of the land.

By the way I thought Peter Obi's brother was a Reverend father? I am only asking because I know Obi is the person claiming ownership of the land but hiding behind his brother as a proxy.

Can you serve a summons on an unknown squatter?
You paste the summons on the fence or in a national newspaper to serve as notice of repossession of your property. That is how it is done if the illegal squatter is trying to evade being served as Peter Obi and his proxy brother were dodging and evading being served the court summons in this case.
