Yeah, my Kenyan friend told me they dislike the man because he taxes citizens too high and there is rampant unemployment amongst the citizenry. Even with all the agro-exports to Europe and Asia, unemployment boku 😔

Rubbish!! Wait till 2029 to vote him out, if you don't like him any longer!

I blame the kenya police for always treating these vagabonds with kid gloves.

Don’t say my country is protesting for fun. Only the wearer of the shoe knows where it pinches. Do you know that abductions of government critics has not stopped? There’s a kid who was in the news yesterday. He was picked up on the weekend but his family is yet to know of his where about. The finance bill has been in discussion to be tabled again. In the last two weeks, people have been upset after a high school teacher who was also blogger, got picked up by the police after criticizing the deputy inspector general of police. He died in jail & they lied that he slammed himself on the cell walls. CCTV footage was deleted. Autopsy proved he was murdered. Several officers are in jail , but the big fish is roaming free yet they acted under instructions. Another guy too died in jail. A lot of evil things going on. The president sent communications department to disable local TV live streaming today.
Lols, is a pity you don't know the character behind who you quoted...
All you said has no meaning except if you say that the citizens will suffer more, then you will see him support you..

The Kenyans are now protesting for fun. The finance bill which they protested about exactly a year today, 85% of the bill was still passed which is currently in operation.

If the main protest did not achieve any meaningful thing, what's the meaning of remembrance day protest again?

As a Police officer, your duty is not to allow the protesters to get to X,Y,Z , but the protesters are not interested in anyone stopping them to get to their destination, what do you think would happen?
many people will be stempede, security officers will die and civilians will loss their life too

Kenya have been choosing their presidents for years and their supreme court have very great justices. You determine such for Nigeria with supreme court judges, electoral officials and many independent parastatals of government in Abuja pocket!

Kenyans are getting too emotional about Kasongo must go most especially the Mount Kenya region.

Most of those who led this same Finance bill protest last year have been integrated into one political party or being in allegiance with the politicians. Morara Kebaso and the other guy are now working for the politicians.

The main opposition leader Raila is currently working with Ruto, His guys like Mbadi are the one holding the sensitive position In Ruto's government.

Your Senators, Member of Parliament who supposed to facilitate empowerment program in their constituency in order to reduce the rate of jobless people, they would rather sponsor the same jobless people to go to the street and be shouting Ruto must go. Their own support have always been behind their phone.

Kenyans should use their head, whether the government or the politicians opposing the government, it's for their own interest primarily not about Kenyans.

No surprise. You support bad government at home, so it makes sense to also take sides with any bad government wherever it is experienced. You will look stupid doing otherwise..

In the last two weeks, people have been upset after a high school teacher who was also blogger, got picked up by the police after criticizing the deputy inspector general of police. They drove over 400 km from his village to Nairobi, bypassing so many police stations and courts of law. He died in jail & they lied that he slammed himself on the cell walls. The most painful bit is that he was his parent’s only child. CCTV footage was deleted. Autopsy proved he was murdered. Several officers are in jail. Apparently the DIG with his juniors picked him up in the night from the cell. They took him to a forest where they tortured him. They panicked after he became unresponsive. They took him to hospital knowing he was dead but was rejected by the hospital. The big shot who ordered the murder from the president’s tribe and is roaming free. Junior officers are in jail, yet they acted under instructions. Another guy too died in jail, but his case has been overshadowed by the protests. A lot of evil things going on. The president sent communications department to disable signals that enable local TV live streaming today. The oppressor of Kenyans who lies without blinking.
You don't explain these stories to an abnormal human being, who derives pleasure when people are being oppressed by the government.
Some people without parental upbringing don't know what is empathy.

Therein lies the problem

They are exporting agro products. They are not using the agro products to make stuff the world needs.

If they were using the agro products to make stuff the world needs, jobs would be creating themselves directly and indirectly

Just exporting the products gives them dollar which they use to import, which stifles job creation
