This shortage has led those with small power to steal other peoples land because they don't want to pay for it.

So many other cases including a DLBC church that was demolished on bogus orders from the LGA. This is a land they owned and occupied for over 5 years.

To my Igbo brothers and sisters, take this as my official warning to you to be careful how you invest in landed properties in that state because tomorrow the friend of a person in authority will influence him to demolish your property with phony documents not because of your tribe but because he wants the land.
