I think it’s a general problem… both the leaders and followers lack the natural consciousness of the sanctity of life!!! If 1000 people are killed, both the government and the opposition will find a way of making it about politics!!!
GEJ was a bit better… he paused his campaign when Buhari’s convoy was attacked and almost assassinated… he also said no political ambition is worth any life. But you see Buhari and Tinubu… I don’t think they care(d)..

my bro let me tell you my take on the killings especially in the north.you see the efforts the southeast governors and southwest counterpart are making in items of security which may not be totally effective but it is paying off to an extent,security is a continuous challenge in every system which can not be 100% solved but these northern governors and the leaders are the instigators of their insecurity.their leaders till today have not made any effort appart from calling on the FG but they don’t call the FG to form their sharia police.why is it that in the south west we have amotekun,Lagos has the LNSC and most states in the east have one security outfit or the other but in the north that is so ridden with all forms of killings,their governors didn’t come together and find a solution…lets ask ourselves why!!!

Wow. The reason we have IDP camps is because of almost 15 years of your political party's ineptitude. You failed them and you are rubbing it in! That's like a father failing to provide food for his child and then starts ridiculing his child for being skinny. Are we now using IDP as a punchline in Nigeria? How did we get here?
