South I hope it will be credited to the Igbo people in that region. Bad achievements in the region should not be the only things credited to the Igbo people in the region. When South West ranks first in crime, haters of the Igbo tribe claim that the Igbo people in the South West are the ones committing the crime. But when the South West ranks first in good things, those haters do not credit the ranking to the Igbo people in the South West. Correction: I sincerely meant to type "South West". Apart from the typographical error, I reaffirm my position. |

walefresh3:I am wondering if IPOB is the sole reason for the bad numbers. Its a shame that NE Nigeria is even doing better. The SE governors need to come together to reason this bad results. It doesn't look good on them and the region. The SE is clearly not being sidelined, victimized or discriminated against in Nigeria. Infact, we are the biggest benefactor of one Nigeria. |

State should receive contributions based on the percentage they contribute. SW can’t keep filling the gaps for everyone. |

immortalcrown:Dem swear for Igbo people not to develop their own land but always quick to attach themselves to other regions so as to claim non-existent development? OBIDIENTNAIJA:Notify me when a man from Ebonyi state can contest and win election in Anambra. Let the charity start from home or is only applicable in the SW? With their 2x2 shops selling fake products? OBIDIENTNAIJA:You should more concerned about developing your 5 plots of land and leave SW affairs to the Yorubas. That shouldn't be a difficult thing to do. |

How about we go full-blown resource control Na? Everyone controls their resources and pays taxes to the central government. Or isn't that what true federalism is about? Those of you making jest of the Southeast, hope you are aware that businesses owned by Igbos pay their taxes to the state government where their businesses are domiciled. Pinnacle Oil and Gas, Capital Oil and Gas, Nestoil, Britannia U, Seplat, Masters Energy etc. are O&G coys owned by outsiders. They pay taxes and royalties to the LASG. Anyway... All these arguments start and end here. At the top, nobody cares about these things. They collaborate and enjoy themselves irrespective of their tribe and religion. |

So the loud mouth South East is the parasite region. The northern regions are performing better than South East. This is the failure of leadership from that region responsible for lack of productivity |
