I brought the idea of a Ghost kitchen to my Nephew he promised to invest in it.

Now how much equity is enough to give him in equity shares.
He is bringing his car for free delivery including kitchen space and utensils.

He is also bringing 200k in seed funding. I am bringing only expertise and business growth ideas.
