Some people were already rejoicing calling some people all sorts of names on a case that's subjucide. |

Well, it's so unfortunate. All over the South, land sales is often enshrined in controversies. It's common knowledge to everyone, not cos it's an Obi family affair. Pray justice prevails on the right part. |

naptu2:Too much knowledge and information gap in the account of the lawyer. A judgment has been awarded against your client since last year and you're not aware? Smh. Even the surname of Mrs Deborah was wrongly stated and you are contradicting Mr Obi's wrongful allegation of political victimization. It's now clear that Lagos State Government wasn't even involved and Mr Obi should have petitioned LASG since you claim to be having the Lagos State Governor's Consent. Instead of petitioning the LASG, he resorted to blackmail, cyberbullying and self help. Smh. The criminal case should be opened to investigate by the police and probably prosecute him to secure justice for the poor victim of his actions. |

Let him carry the documents along with him. we know he doesn't have them anyways. How can you claim not to know about a court case when a suit number is clearly written on the property? So I will return from work and see a suit number written on my property and I will claim not to know that the proper has issues. Very funny family |

According to him, judgment was delivered in 2024, and he emphasised that the execution only occurred in June 2025, despite it being required to take place within six months. Peter Obi said something else. That man lies for fun. |

FreeStuffsNG:Are you minding those people, even ifbthw lawyers claim to be unaware, would Peters brother also claim that he has not being seeing the suit number written on the property all this while? They are jokers |

Peter Obi owns the company. He's just using his brother as a front. I don't know why Peter Obi tells kindergarten lies about.

It's what a normal human being should have done first instead of doing media trial and condemning the country as usual. Leaders don't behave so dull, they think, they are strategic and they're not all over the place. A person who cannot solve a problem without running from abroad to Abuja to Lagos with camera. i wish he was that active in solving his party and immediate family problems. No, he's only desperate to milk the gullible and selfishly say a new Nigeria is PO. Okpoko said he could not blame the judge that delivered the case that prompted the demolition because, according to him, going through the file, we saw that there was a motion for substituted service to be pasted on the company.BTW, when Obi was governor, he unlawfully oppressed land owners using SARS. Watch below. Also, notice that that quoted X user is currently an Obi fan because of tribalism. Don't be gaslighted people.

Obi messed up trying to sensationalise and politicize this purely civil matter and its quite petty. This is purely a land matter similar to millions of similar land matters all over the country and in different courts. As usual with Nigerians in Land matters, once a party gets favourable judgement, the next thing is to rush to the land to remove roof or demolish. We have seen this countless times and there's nothing political about it. Everyone familiar with Lagos land matter knows there's Federal government C of O, which was issued to those who bought FG properties in Lagos. The owners of such properties are then expected to regularise with Lagos State Govt in line with the Land Use Act to obtain Lagos C of O. Abeg you people should carry your land matter and documents to court and stop heating up the polity over your personal affairs. |
| Re: Peter Obi’s Brother Heads To Court Over Demolition Of Lagos Property by crixlight2(m): 5:42am On Jun 27, 2025 |
So why did Obi now drag government into this , so technically the land matter don start as far back as 2021, because that was when the lawyer said the federal C of O was obtained |

You should know that the government of the day could use faceless people to do the job. They calculated everything. Went to xourt secretly kept the details of court secretly then demolished the structure. They know that obi will speak, then when he does they bring open the secret kangaroo court papers Exousiang01:. Judgement issued 2024 and u are painting the wall few days to the demolition!?.. Hope u heard they have a c of o since 2013?. Why will someone that present a c of o of two years back to invalidate someon who has it previously 14 years back? Deborah claimed that she went to see her sick parents and came back to see property taken over... How true? Why go to seek court case without informing the occupants or serving them papers? Why will a court issue judgement without the accuse hearing? |

seunoyeleyep:I have seen landlords, organisations, remove roof of countless houses once they get judgement in their favour. Infact, MFM, a church even did same after winning land court case against an individual who built and was living in their MFM camp. That issue trended on social media back then. The man married a 2nd wife, MFM then evicted him and he refused saying he rightly bought the property from the church and a land case scuffle began. Now I'm not saying removing roof or demolishing after winning the property case is right or wrong, but telling you this is what usually happens in similar cases and this is no different! There's nothing political here, parties should go to court and sort themselves out. |

SlavaUkraini:They will surely make it , because Peter Obi made his people start to drag the yoruba again , that it was because they didn't like them , he made it look like it was Tinubu that destroy the place of which the wahala on that land is dated back to 2021 when the federal C of O was obtained. Na wah for this people and this victim mentality |

Reading through that his broadcast on twitter, even if we put politics aside, it's pretty obvious that Obi is really a very terrible human being. In one post, you whip up tribal sentiment, and then strongly discourage people from investing in Nigeria. A whole former presidential candidate for that matter! |

Wickedfact:He's always subtle and living in denial. Probably why the court addressed him as unknown person, the sympathizer of unknown gunmen. BTW, when Obi was governor, he unlawfully oppressed land owners using SARS. Watch below. Also, notice that that quoted X user is currently an Obi fan because of tribalism. Don't be gaslighted people.

Its also curious to note that in the video of Obi, where he was saying his family owns the land and that they should go and tell whoever came there. The person making the video, cleverly did not show the writing on the wall indicating possession taken by court order. |

004gist:You people are so devilish and full of deceitful, you must blame government and yoruba for everything, even when the lawyer said the federal C of O of that land was obtained in 2021, so Tinubu don plan to demolish the place even when he never win APC ticket? |
