Exousiang01:. Judgement issued 2024 and u are painting the wall few days to the demolition!?.. Hope u heard they have a c of o since 2013?. Why will someone that present a c of o of two years back to invalidate someon who has it previously 14 years back? Deborah claimed that she went to see her sick parents and came back to see property taken over... How true? Why go to seek court case without informing the occupants or serving them papers? Why will a court issue judgement without the accuse hearing? |

crixlight2:What is yoruba here? Why bringing tribe here? Am taking about APC using an undercover to do the job. Is APC = to yoruba Mind you i have great yoruba friends in Europe here and we are the best of friends and help our selves over here. . I dont know why in Nigeria tribalism want to kill us wheb politics is mentioned. Back to the main topic. Ikoyi is a built up area where everywhere is developed and as such how will a Cof O be issued in 2021? And now invalidate that issued before it? Is Ikoyi under the federal government or state government? |

004gist:Stop being dishonest na. The report stated that they have governor's consent. Governor's consent is different from C of O. |

agabusta:Go back and read the story dont be too lazy to read and comprehend Let me help you “The case was filled in 2023 and judgement delivered in 2024 , but as I speak, I saw them flash Certificate of Occupancy, C of O, obtained in 2025. Prior to that, we found out that what they obtained was federal C of O obtained from the Federal Ministry of Works in Ikoyi Lagos. They said they "we had our own in 2011 and governor’s consent in 2013" That means governor consent was gotten in 2013 and their c of o gotten 2011 |

004gist:You obviously don't know about land matters. Hence, the ignorance you are demonstrating. The documents to a land are tiered. Governor's consent comes before C of O. You cannot have C of O first and then later saying you got Governor's consent? How now? Once you have the C of O in your name, that's final. Now, take note that he didn't say "our own C of O" he just said "our own". Our own what?? The other party showed us their C of O in their name, these other people you are writing in their favour did not show anything, just using word of mouth and you are rating them above the other party? Is that not bias?? |

004gist:When Obi came online to cry that they are victimizing him , are you not on Twitter to see how is suppoter and brothers dragging yoruba for it , turned it into tribal stuff that yoruba hate Igbo and na why dem demolish the property be that, I don't care either Ikoyi is under federal or state but the fact is that the land wahala don start from 2021 why is Obi now making it feel like Tinubu just decided to demolish the property this week in order to intimidate him. He turned everything to politics |

004gist:Have you seen this so-called C of O issued earlier?? Or just arguing based on assumptions?? Most of the properties in Ikoyi were formerly FG-owned before being sold to individuals. Those properties have C of O issued by the Federal Govt. Personally, I have seen a number of them. The beneficiaries of those properties are expected to regularise their C of O with the Lagos state govt. That is, they'll use their FG issued C of O to apply for Lagos State govt C of O. |

004gist:So Tinubu go leave wetin dey important for him life and be thinking about demolish Obi property since 2021 when he never even sure say he go win APC ticket ,what will Tinubu gain in demolishing it. How did Obi even manage to turn this to political witchhunt when It is case of land fight between his brother and the woman. Obi should grow up and play politics without pitching Yoruba against Igbos |

Tinubu has seriously influenced most yoruba youth deep into tribalism. Nobody is reasoning properly anymore. |

004gist:You really don’t need to defend your candidate—it’s quite embarrassing to see a major presidential contender publicly fighting over land disputes on social media. Can you imagine Atiku behaving like that? If he can’t manage a simple land issue, how can we trust him to handle party or national challenges? It doesn’t reflect well on him. Next time, he should leave these matters to his legal team instead of getting personally involved. He’s no longer just an individual or a small-time trader running a one-man show; he represents a national institution and should conduct himself accordingly—not resort to theatrics to stir up cheap emotions. That said, politicians have bad days just like anyone else, so it’s no big deal. Onward to the next challenge—how’s the coalition coming along? Godspeed! |

agabusta:Did you study the lawyers statement? He said the c of o they saw was a federal c of o issued in 2021. That means federal government are still selling their property as at today? |

004gist:just read what you wrote again if it made any autumn of sense to you….so the govt is so jobless, and they start looking for property owned by bitter obi and use a proxy to claim the land? You lot must really think the world revolves around you and your inconsequential agulu packaged fraud? Keep turning logic on its head and think you can deceive the sensible majority of us. We can now see bitter obi has gone silent on the matter ever since his lamba have been called out again….after 2027 when he will definitely lose the election again, he would finally go and rest….bunch of clowns ![]() |

lionshare:You just talk without emotions as if he is not a human . Dont get me wrong if someon demolished ur property worth a billion naira u won't remain allowed alive. U might give up with heart attack. Owning a land in ikoyi is a massive investment and not to talk of a company occupying several plots of land for over 15 years and got demolished suddenly without u knowing where the troubles coming from. I believe u want him to keep quiet just as tinubu keeps quiet when 200 people died in benue or the daily kidnapping and killings going on in Nigeria. Here in Europe when a car or a murder happens u see all the news, prime minister, politicians, locals etc carry it on their head trying to find a solution abd asking questions. But in Nigeria its normal.... You know after all its been happening let's move on |

The minute I saw Ibadan Land registry, I knew Peter Obi (hiding under his brother as proxy) had been duped. I can tell you for free that Ibadan land registry is the most corrupt land registry in the country. Land registry Scam was a notorious racket in Ibadan especially by the late adedibu. Somebody bought land from someone with Ibadan land registry documents, somebody bought the same land from the federal govt. ask any Ibadan lawyer how it will end! I told you people in an earlier post I had the same problem with my late father’s property, it was in Ibadan. My father had valid title registered at Ibadan land registry, so also did the other party I know what I am talking about. Anambra state money has gone up in smoke! |

Peter obi decided to bring this to the court of public opinion, but he is the only party that has failed to present any documents that we can go and verify Does next foods still exist as a legal entity? Was the land bought by next foods or by the Obis? How is it that the purported owner of this land was unaware of court cases on the property until it was demolished? |
