He governed Kaduna from 2015-2023(Two terms) then installed Uba Sani as the Current governor.El-Rufai is the leader of the core Buharists(from the CPC faction of the APC)

Then for Peter Obi,aren't you aware he defeated Tinubu in Lagos,Edo,Abuja,Plateau,Taraba,Benue and got substantial Votes in Adamawa,Kaduna,Gombe,Bauchi,Nassarawa and etc.He got more Votes outside SouthEast than SouthEast!! Atiku won majority of the far North states.

If Obi's voters and Atiku's and Buharists Nation-wide team up for Peter Obi it will be difficult for Tinubu,simple!!
