it could be that your DOB on your NIN and BVN were not thesame or name mismatched.

Most people are saying the same thing. I think that sending an Email to the training Centre narrating your problem and see their response will not be a bad idea.
Does that mean that in the whole of the local govt that you live or the one near-by there is no registered trainer that they could have posted you to.
